A certified personal trainer and member of the U.S. Army National Guard, Cassie blends discipline with compassion to help women cultivate strength, clarity, and confidence from the inside out. Her approach isn’t about restriction or quick fixes — it’s about creating a foundation that supports your goals, energy, and purpose.

 

Cassie’s signature method, the Five Basics of Health — Movement, Food, Water, Sleep, and Sunlight — focuses on the daily habits that restore balance and resilience in every area of life. She believes fitness should enhance your freedom, not add pressure, and that true progress happens when faith and discipline align.
